Frequently Asked Support Questions
You can cancel your Premium membership at any time through your account settings under "Subscription." Navigate to Settings → Membership → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the paid billing period. A 3-day cooling-off refund period applies in most regions for new subscriptions.
Click "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page and enter your registered email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder. If you're already signed in, go to Settings → Security → Change Password.
You can delete your account permanently under Settings → Account → Delete Account. Please note this action is irreversible — your profile, messages, and matches will be permanently removed. If you have an active paid membership, deletion does not automatically trigger a refund; please cancel first and review refund eligibility.
This occasionally happens when a payment is processed but the confirmation is delayed. Please wait up to 30 minutes and refresh your account. If your status hasn't updated, sign out, clear your browser cache, and sign back in. If the issue persists, please contact our billing team with your transaction reference number.
Open the profile in question, scroll to the bottom, and tap or click "Report Profile." Select the reason and add any additional details. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours. We take member safety extremely seriously and investigate every concern thoroughly.
